When we worked with the ambitious rebel leader Katja Presnal, the CEO and co-founder of the CRUSH community, Katja wanted to start shaping the community from the inside and hear what the community members wanted.
Our collaboration started with a Futures workshop in 2025, and the results took a physical form at the CRUSH event in 2026, displaying the dreams and ambitions of their community. The Future Lab was a representation of the CRUSH community and its goals.

Inka Vuorinen is a foresight practitioner with a wide background from different industries. She knows how to talk with different stakeholders and understands the complex systems companies operate.
